Personal Injury Collision,
Bathurst Street and Davenport Road

On Wednesday, November 14, 2018, at 2:53 p.m., police responded to a call for a personal injury collision at Bathurst Street and Davenport Road
It is reported that:
- a 58-year-old man was driving a TTC Bus southbound on Bathurst Street at Davenport Road with approximately 30 passengers on board
- as the bus was proceeding south through the intersection, it lost control and stuck a hydro pole located on the southwest corner of the intersection
- the collision resulted in 26 passengers receiving minor injuries, all of whom were transported to local hospitals
The investigation is ongoing by members of Traffic Services.
Police are asking witnesses, or those who may have security or dash camera footage of the area or incident, to contact investigators.
