The Toronto Police Service would like to thank the public for their assistance locating a man wanted for a series of random assaults.

On Friday, November 16, 2018, at approximately 4 p.m., officers responded to a call for Unknown Trouble at Merrill Bridge Road Park.

On Tuesday, November 20, 2018, Jourdain Durrant, 35, of Toronto, surrendered to police. He is charged with:

1. five counts of Assault With A Weapon
2. four counts of Weapons Dangerous
3. Use Firearm In Commission Of An Offence
4. Utter Death Threat
5. Dangerous Drive
6. Dangerous Driving Causing Bodily Harm
7. Fail To Remain At Scene Of Accident Involving Bodily Harm

He will appear in court at College Park on Wednesday, November 21, 2018, at 10 a.m., in room 501.
