Sexual Assault Alert,
Yonge Street and Byng Avenue

The Toronto Police Service would like to make the public aware of a sexual assault investigation.

It is reported that:

- on Tuesday, November 27, 2018, a 48-year-old sex trade worker made arrangements with a client

- at approximately 11:20 pm, the man came to her home in the area of Yonge Street and Byng Avenue

- when she opened the door, he forced his way into the home

- he assaulted and sexually assaulted her

- he fled the home

The man is described as 45-50 years old, 5'5" to 5'9", with a medium to large build, round face, and a receding hairline.

A photograph has been released and investigators are seeking assistance identifying the man.
