On Monday, September 24, 2018, A/Inspector Lauren Pogue of TPS Hold Up and Director of Security Malcolm Chivers of the Canadian Bankers Association, held a news conference seeking the public's assistance in locating two wanted men.

On Tuesday, September 25, 2018, Toronto Police Service released a news release indicating that Nathan Hunter, 20, surrendered to police at 41 Division, and was charged accordingly.
He is next scheduled to appear in court at 1911 Eglinton Avenue East on Friday, December 7, 2018, at 10 a.m., in room 407.
On Wednesday, November 28, 2018, Jesse Jack Breese, 21, surrendered to police at 41 Division. He was arrested and charged with:
1. Robbery with Firearm
2. Disguise with Intent
3. Discharge Firearm
4. Careless Use of Firearm
5. Possession of a Weapon
6. Use Firearm during Indictable Offence
7. Illegal Possession of Prohibited Restricted Firearm
8. Unauthorized Possession of Firearm
9. Possession of Firearm Knowing its Unauthorized
10. Conspiracy to Commit Robbery
He was scheduled to appear in court at 1911 Eglinton Avenue East on Friday, November 30, 2018, at 10 a.m., in room 412.
The handgun alleged to have been used during the robbery has not been recovered.
