The Toronto Police Service would like to inform the public of a man who escaped from custody.

Delroy Flowers, 41, was last seen on Monday, December 3, 2018, at 9:15 a.m. in the Queen Street West and Ossington Avenue area.

He had been ordered into the custody of a medical facility and left without permission.

He is described as 6', 180 lbs., shaved head, and was last seen wearing a blue jacket, blue toque, khaki pants and a brown striped shirt.

Police are concerned for his safety as well as the safety of the public.

If located, do not approach and call 9-1-1.
