Marlon Green, 35, wanted

The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a man wanted in an Attempt Murder investigation.

It is alleged that:

- on Tuesday, December 25, 2018, at approximately 11:30 p.m. officers responded to reports of a shooting in the Kennedy Road and Sheppard Avenue East area

- a man shot a firearm into an apartment door, where numerous people were inside the apartment

- a 42-year-old man was struck by a bullet

He was transported to hospital by ambulance.

Marlon Green, 35, of Toronto is wanted for:

1) Discharge Firearm
2) Attempt Murder

He is described as 6'5" and 221 lbs.

He should be considered violent and possibly armed with a firearm. If seen, do not approach. Call 9-1-1 immediately.

His photograph has been released.
