The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing woman.

Jean Marie Adams, 76, was last seen on Monday, December 31, 2018 at 12:15 p.m. in the area of The Queensway and Roncesvalles Ave.

Adams is described as white, 5’1, with a medium build. She has shoulder-length brown and white hair. She was last seen wearing a grey knitted hat, beige patterned scarf, black gloves, black three-quarter length jacket with a fur hood carrying a black purse. Underneath the jacket she is wearing a white floral nightgown, brown pants rolled up and red socks and black shoes.

She has been diagnosed with dementia. Police are concerned for her safety and well-being.
