Robbery with a Firearm investigation,
Dundas Street East and Victoria Street,
Four men wanted

The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public's assistance identifying four men wanted in a robbery with a firearm investigation.

On Saturday, January 5, 2019, at approximately 11:18 p.m., officers responded to a call for a robbery in the Dundas Street East and Victoria Street area.

It is reported that:

- two men in their 20's were in the area

- they were approached from behind by a group of suspects

- one of the suspects produced a firearm, demanding personal items

- one of the victims was struck by a suspect with the firearm

- the group of suspects fled

Officers responding to the call were able to make several arrests.

A 16-year-old boy, of Toronto, has been charged with:

1. Robbery with a Firearm
2. Possession of Property Obtained by Crime
3. Two counts of Fail to Comply with Recognizance

He will appear in court at 311 Jarvis Street on Thursday, January 24, 2019, at 2 p.m., in room 1.

Abdulla Addulkadir Musse, 32, of Toronto, has been charged with:

1. Robbery with a Firearm
2. Fail to Comply with Probation

Stevon Thavanayagam, 18, of Toronto, has been charged with:

1. Robbery with a Firearm
2. Two counts of Possession of a Schedule I Substance

Videlle Rutherford, 26, of Toronto, has been charged with:

1. Robbery with a firearm
2. Possession of Counterfeit Currency

All three men appeared in court at Old City Hall on Sunday, January 6, 2019, at 10 a.m., in room 101.

Four suspects remain outstanding.

Suspect #1 is described as 20-30, 5'6", wearing a white hooded sweater, a black jacket, white baggy pants and black shoes.

Suspect #2 is described as 25-25, 6'1", wearing a black baseball hat, a black sweater, navy zip-up jacket, and dark jeans.

Suspect #3 is described as 25-35, 5'9", wearing glasses, a black hooded sweater, a black and grey jacket, blue jeans and white shoes.

Suspect #4 is described as 25-35, 5'5", wearing glasses, a black hooded sweater, a black vest, blue jeans and white shoes.

Images of the four suspects have been released.
