The Toronto Police Service would like to make the public aware of an Assault/Attempted Abduction investigation.

On Friday, January 25, 2019, at approximately 3 p.m., officers responded to a call for a suspicious incident in the Park Lawn Road and Berry Road area.

It is reported that:

- a group of children, ages 10-11, were walking down the street

- they were approached from behind by a man

- he grabbed one of the children and tried to pull them away

- the group of children began screaming

- the man let go and the children fled

He is described as white, 50-years-old, 6'0", with a medium to heavy build, short white hair, unshaven, with a prominent nose. He was wearing a khaki or light green bomber-style jacket, a grey or black winter hat, and black sunglasses.
