The Toronto Police Service would like to request the public’s assistance identifying a man wanted in a Shooting investigation.

On Saturday, December 29, 2018, at approximately 2:53 a.m., officers responded to a call for a shooting in the Queen Street West and Ossington Avenue area.

It is reported that:

- a group of three people were standing in the area

- a man discharged a firearm at them

- one of the group was struck by the gunfire and attended hospital

- the man fled on foot

He is described as having an olive complexion, 5'8", with a medium build, and black hair. He was last seen wearing a green-patterned sweater, blue jeans, and a multi-coloured scarf.

He is believed to be armed, violent and dangerous. If located, do not approach. Call 9-1-1 immediately.

Photographs of him are released.
