On Wednesday, February 6, 2019, members of the Toronto Police Service Child Exploitation Section executed a Criminal Code search warrant in the Islington Avenue and Dundas Street West area.
It is alleged that:
- a man possessed, accessed and made available child sexual abuse material over the internet
As a result of the evidence gathered by police, James McCue, 43, of Toronto, was arrested and charged with:
1. Two counts of Possession of Child Pornography
2. Two counts of Access Child Pornography
3. Make available Child Pornography
He is scheduled to appear in court at Old City Hall, on Wednesday, February 6, 2019.
