Robbery investigation,
Highway 27 and Rexdale Boulevard area,
Two men wanted

The Toronto Police Service requests the public's assistance locating and identifying two men wanted in a robbery investigation.

On Tuesday, February 26, 2019, at 12:23 a.m., police responded to a call for a car-jacking in the Highway 27 and Rexdale Boulevard area.

It is reported that:

- a man was driving a 2018 blue Porsche Panamera

- two men, operating a black Jeep Cherokee, allegedly bumped the rear of the Porsche

- the driver of the Porsche got out of the vehicle to check for damages and was approached by the passenger of the Jeep Cherokee who was holding a handgun and demanded the car fob, money and cellphone

- the male suspect entered the Porsche and fled the scene

- the driver of the Jeep Cherokee fled the scene, following the Porsche

No physical injuries were reported or sustained during the incident.

The suspects are described as:

Suspect #1: male, wearing all black clothing, with his face covered

Suspect #2: male

The suspects are wanted for:

1. Robbery With a Weapon
2. Threaten Bodily Harm

Investigators are appealing to witnesses or anyone that may have dash-cam video between Monday, February 25, 2019, at 11:30 p.m. to 12:10 a.m., on Tuesday, February 26, 2019, to contact police.
