Man wanted in Assault investigation,
North York Centre Subway station

The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance in an Assault investigation that occurred on the TTC Subway Line 1.
It is reported that:
- on Thursday, June 6, 2019, a man entered the North York Centre subway station
- at the same time a man, 67, who was also in the subway about to make his way on to an oncoming train
- for reasons unknown, a man blocked the path of the 67-year-old man and then assaulted him causing him to fall to the ground
- the man, 67, suffered significant injuries
The male suspect was last seen exiting the train at another subway station. The incident was later reported to police.
The suspect is described as 6', in his 20s, with a thin build. He was wearing a red baseball cap, a white shirt, blue ripped jeans and white shoes.
