Case #: 2019-729426

The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance in locating the rightful owner of jewellery that is believed to have been stolen in the spring of 2019.

On Sunday, April 21, 2019, officers arrested a man for Break and Enter in the Victoria Park Avenue and Danforth Avenue area. A collection of ladies jewellery and a small quantity of foreign currency were found in his possession and believed to have been stolen.

Mark Hardy, 52, of Toronto, was charged with numerous offences relating to Break and Enter and investigators have been working diligently to return all recovered property to their rightful owners.

Investigators would like to share a photograph with the public of one item in a small collection of jewellery to see if anyone recognizes the property and the rightful owner can be located.

It is possible that the owner is not aware that the property is missing.
