The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a man wanted in a kidnapping and firearm investigation.

On Saturday, August 31, 2019, police responded to a call for a kidnapping in the Leslie Street and Finch Avenue East area.

It is reported that:

- three suspects, while in possession of firearms, committed a kidnapping and robbery while in possession of firearms

- the victims escaped unharmed and police responded

- the suspects left prior to police arrival


As a result of an investigation, a man was identified and two others still unidentified.

Jatorri Williams, 19, of Toronto, is wanted for:

1. two counts Kidnapping
2. Robbery with a Firearm
3. Pointing a Firearm
4. Theft of Motor Vehicle
5. Extortion

His photograph is attached.

He should be considered armed and dangerous. If seen do not approach, call 9-1-1.
