The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public's assistance identifying a suspect in a violent robbery investigation.

It is alleged that:

- on Saturday, September 28, 2019, at 2:30 a.m., a man was robbed in the Queen Street West and Northcote Avenue area

- the suspect fled east on Queen Street West in the company of a larger group after the robbery

The suspect is described as in his 20s, 5'8", thin build, with short braided hair. He was wearing a black baseball cap, a black long-sleeve shirt, light coloured pants, and black and white shoes.
