On Tuesday October 29, 2019, as part of an investigation into the possession of child sex abuse material, Toronto Police Service’s Child Exploitation Section executed a Criminal Code search warrant in the Weston Road and Highway 401 area of Toronto.
It is alleged that:
- a man accessed, possessed, and made available child sexual abuse material
Anthony Pace, 34, of Toronto, was arrested and charged with:
1. Two counts of Possession Child Pornography
2. Two counts Access Child Pornography
3. Make Available Child Pornography
He is scheduled to appear in court at 2201 Finch Avenue West, on Tuesday October 29, 2019, at 2 p.m., courtroom 204.
