Arrest in Sexual Assault investigation,
Andrew Lee, 42, faces two counts

The Toronto Police Service would like to make the public aware of an arrest made in a Sexual Assault investigation conducted by Southwest District Criminal Investigations Bureau.

It is alleged that:

- During the period of February 2013 to September 2014, a teacher sexually exploited a then 16-year-old female student at Father John Redmond Catholic Secondary School.

On Friday, November 8, 2019, Andrew Lee, 42, of Hamilton, was arrested and charged with:

1) Sexual Assault
2) Sexual Exploitation

He was scheduled to appear in court on Friday, November 8, 2019, at 2201 Finch Avenue West, in courtroom 202.

Andrew Lee has been employed with the Toronto Catholic District School Board as a teacher since 2007.

He worked at St. Basil-the-Great College School from 2007 to 2008, then Father John Redmond Catholic Secondary School from 2008 to 2019.
