Man wanted in assault cause bodily harm investigation,
King Street West and Bathurst Street

The Toronto Police Service requests assistance locating a man wanted in an assault cause bodily harm investigation.

On Sunday, October 20, 2019, at approximately 4:30 a.m., officers responded to a call for an assault in the King Street West and Bathurst Street area.

It is reported that:

- a 40-year-old man was feeding a dog who was outside of a restaurant

- the owner of the dog exited the restaurant and assaulted the 40-year-old man who was feeding his dog

- the suspect then fled the area eastbound with his dog

The suspect is described as being in his 30s, with a medium build, and short black hair. He was wearing a black winter jacket and blue running shoes.

Security camera images of him have been released.
