On Thursday, January 30, 2020, at 3:30 p.m., Toronto Police Chief Mark Saunders will join Spider Jones, founder of the Believe to Achieve organization, at the Spider’s Web Youth Empowerment Centre.

The non-profit organization has been dedicated to providing various programs at its after-school drop-in centre, including study groups, food programs, and computer access, along with motivation and support for young people, 8-16 years, from challenged neighbourhoods.

Recognizing the valuable work of organizations like Believe to Achieve in stopping the cycle of youth violence, Chief Saunders will be joining community leaders in calling for greater awareness and support from donors and other partners.
