The Toronto Police Service would like to make the public aware of an arrest made in a voyeurism investigation.
On Saturday, January 25, 2020, at 3:04 p.m., officers received a complaint for voyeurism at 4430 Bathurst Street.
It is alleged that:
- a 32-year-old woman received a social media message offering her a free massage
- the massage was offered by a business named Healing Spa
- she attended an address and was massaged by a man
- she discovered an electronic device recording her as she dressed
Emilio Guglietta, 52, of Brampton, is charged with:
He is scheduled to appear in court at 1000 Finch Avenue West on Thursday, March 5, 2020, at 2 p.m., in room 301.
Investigators have executed a search warrant on a home in Brampton. Electronic and computer equipment have been seized.
Police believe that there may be more victims.
