On Tuesday, February 4, 2020 at 6 p.m., the Toronto Police Service will kick-off Black History Month at the Jamaican Canadian Association where this year’s theme will celebrate the achievements of Black Canadians in music.

Chief Mark Saunders will be joined by the Chair of the Toronto Police Services Board, Jim Hart, representatives from CAFCAN (Caribbean African Canadian Social Services) and other community organizations that helped coordinate this annual celebration.

The evening, with Floydeen Charles-Fridal and Farley Flex as Masters of Ceremonies, will include brief remarks as well as entertainment by Humber College Music Students, DJ Love Jones, and Tiki Mercury Clarke.
