Man Arrested,

The Toronto Police Service would like to make the public aware of an arrest made in a Sexual Assault investigation.

It is alleged that:

- between December 2019 and March 2020, a man made contact with several women through a social media platform

- the man used the name “Derrick Bennincasa”

- the man would meet the women in a social setting, and later sexually assault them

On Friday, March 6, 2020, Mingyu Que, 19, of Toronto, was arrested and charged with:

1. Two counts of Sexual Assault

He appeared in court at Old City Hall on Saturday, March 7, 2020.

Mingyu Que is a university student in the Toronto area.

Police are concerned there may be other victims.
