On Tuesday, June 09, 2020, at 10:10 p.m., police received a report of a serious collision involving a motorcycle at Brimley Road and Comrie Terrace.

On Wednesday, June 10, 2020, Lukas Silver, 24, of Toronto, was arrested and charged with:

1. Fail to stop at the scene of an accident causing death
2. Fail to stop at the scene of an accident causing bodily harm

He is scheduled to appear at court at 1911 Eglinton Avenue East, on Tuesday, October 27, 2020, at 2 p.m., room 407.

The investigation remains ongoing. Members of Traffic Services continue to urge the public to come forward with information.

Anyone with dash-cam footage or CCTV of the incident should also contact investigators.
