Police request public's assistance with assault investigations,
Roncesvalles Avenue and Howard Park Avenue

The Toronto Police Service is investigating two separate assaults in the area of Roncesvalles Avenue and Howard Park Avenue.

On Monday, July 20, 2020, it is reported:

- a man approached a 36-year-old woman,

- the man then threw a soda at the woman

- the man then fled on foot


On Tuesday, July 21, 2020, it is further reported:

- a man approached a 33-year-old woman from behind

- the man then proceeded to assault the woman

- the man then fled on foot


The man is described as 5'9" to 5'10", athletic build, black hair. He was wearing a surgical mask, dark athletic clothing and running shoes.

Both investigations are ongoing and anyone who may have witnessed the incidents, or has information, is urged to contact police.
