On Wednesday, September 16, 2020, as part of an investigation into the distribution of child sexual abuse material, members of the Toronto Police Service's Child Exploitation Section executed a Criminal Code search warrant in the Ossington Avenue and Dupont Street area.

It is alleged that:

- during the execution of the search warrant, officers located a quantity of images and videos of children being sexually abused

Najjah Robertson, 33, of Toronto, has been arrested and charged with:

1) two counts of Possession of Child Pornography
2) two counts of Access Child Pornography
3) Make Available Child Pornography

He appeared in court at Old City Hall, on Wednesday, September 16, 2020.
