The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public's assistance in a stabbing investigation.
On Tuesday, October 6, at approximately 4:10 p.m., police responded to a stabbing call in the Weston Road and Victoria Avenue area.
It is alleged that:
- two men attempted to break up a fight and were stabbed
- an unknown suspect fled in a vehicle
- the two men - aged 29 and 26 - took themselves to hospital
- a 35-year-old man was also involved in the confrontation and received injuries
- none of the injuries are believed to be life-threatening
The suspect is described as a man, black, with a dark complexion, mid 30s to early 40s, a pierced left ear, wearing black jeans with silver zippers on the pockets which were worn low, a USA flag on his underwear at the back, grey sweater, and sunglasses with a green toned reflective lens.
The vehicle is described as a white, 2019 Honda Civic, four-door, with licence plate CJKH724.
Kevin Williams, 44, of Toronto, has been charged with the following:
1) Assault with a Weapon
He was scheduled for a Bail Hearing on Wednesday, October 7, 2020, at Toronto West Court, 2201 Finch Avenue West, at 10 a.m., in room 206.
