The Toronto Police Service would like to make the public aware of an arrest in a child pornography investigation.
On Wednesday, October 28, 2020, as part of an investigation into the possession of child sexual abuse material, members of the Toronto Police Service's Child Exploitation Section executed a Criminal Code search warrant in the area of Bathurst Street and Wilson Avenue area.
It is alleged that:
- a man accessed and possessed child sexual abuse material
Dustin Leek, 34, of Toronto, was arrested. He is charged with:
1. Possession Child Pornography
2. Access Child Pornography
He was scheduled to appear in court at 1000 Finch Avenue West on Wednesday, October 28, 2020, at 2 p.m., in room 306.
