The Toronto Police Service would like to make the public aware of an arrest in a child pornography investigation.
On Tuesday, November 10, 2020, as part of an ongoing investigation relating to child sexual abuse material, members of the Toronto Police Service’s Child Exploitation Section executed a search warrant in the area of Laurelwood Drive and Beaver Creek Road in the City of Waterloo.
Mounir Winter, 37, of Waterloo, was arrested. He is charged with:
1. six counts of Access Child Pornography
2. seven counts of Possess Child Pornography
3. seven counts of Make Available Child Pornography
4. Make Child Pornography
He is scheduled to appear in court at Old City Hall, on Friday, January 15, 2021.
