The Toronto Police Service would like to make the public aware of an arson investigation.
On Sunday, December 20, 2020, at approximately 6:30 a.m. and 10 a.m., police investigated fires in the Queen Street West and Roncesvalles Avenue area.
It is reported that:
- a man set debris on fire near buildings
- the fires could have easily spread
-a few hours later, another fire occurred near the same area
It is believed both fires may be linked.
The suspect is described as having dark scruffy hair and beard. He was last seen wearing multiple layers of dark clothing
Images of a suspect have been released.
