The Toronto Police Service is alerting the public to a sexual assault investigation and requests assistance with locating a wanted man.
It is alleged that:
- a man befriended several children in the Jane and Finch area from May, 2021
- children reported that they were sexually assaulted by the man
David Cunningham, 55, of Toronto, is wanted for:
1. three counts of Sexual Assault
2. three counts of Sexual Interference
He is described as having grey short hair, long salt and pepper beard, and markings under his eyes. He rides a red and black e-bike and wears a red helmet.
He was last known to be living in Toronto but may be anywhere in Ontario. He is also wanted by Barrie Police Service and OPP.

Investigators are seeking to locate the man and anyone with any information about his whereabouts is urged to contact police.

investigators from the Toronto Police Service, in collaboration with members of the Catholic Children's Aid Society, the Children's Aid Society of Toronto, the Hospital for Sick Children's Suspected Child Abuse and Neglect Program (SCAN), Radius Child & Youth Services, and Boost Child & Youth Advocacy Centre.
