The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public's assistance locating a missing woman.

Elissa Mae Jukes, 23, was last seen on Wednesday, August 18, 2021, in the Queen Street West and Ossington Avenue area.

She is described as 5'6", blonde hair, thin build, and has tattoos below the neck line.

Police are concerned for her safety.
