The Toronto Police Service would like to make the public aware of an arrest made in a Break and Enter investigation.

On Wednesday, August 25, 2021, officers arrested a man alleged to be responsible for a Break and Enter in the Holly Street and Eglinton Avenue West area.

It is alleged that:

- a man was a building superintendent in the area

- the man entered a tenant's apartment without permission, and placed a hidden camera inside a smoke detector

Vincent Eikon Abbott, 37 of Toronto, was arrested and charged with:

1. Break and Enter Commit
2. Voyeurism

He appeared at College Park Court on Thursday, August 26, 2021, at 10 a.m., room 507.

Police believe there may be other victims.
