The Toronto Police Service is alerting the public to a sexual assault.

It has been reported that:

- on Saturday, August 28, 2021, at 4:20 p.m., a woman was running on Taylor Creek trail near Leaside bridge

- a man on a bicycle sexually assaulted her

- he was last seen riding northbound on lower Don River trail, south of Leaside bridge

The suspect is described as white, 20 – 35, wearing a white t-shirt, dark shorts, a bike helmet, and riding a black aerodynamic/athletic trail bike.
