Request for public’s assistance with an Assault Investigation,
Brown’s Line and Lake Shore Boulevard West area

The Toronto Police Service is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect in an assault investigation.
It was reported that:
- on Friday, September 3, 2021, at approximately 10 a.m., a TTC employee was performing a check on a TTC bus that was out of service in the Brown’s Line and Lake Shore Boulevard West area
- an unknown man was on board the bus and was asked to leave the bus as it was no longer in operation
- the man assaulted the TTC employee several times before leaving the area
The man is described as in his mid 30s, medium build, bald, closely shaved beard, wearing dark glasses, dark hooded sweatshirt, dark jeans, grey or white t-shirt, and was carrying a green grocery bag.
Photos of the man have been released.
