The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance with an ongoing sexual assault investigation.

It is reported that:

-on Sunday, June 27, 2021, at approximately 9:55 p.m., officers responded to reports of a sexual assault in the Bloor Street West and Christie Street area

-a 25 year-old woman was standing at a counter ordering food in a restaurant

-a male was standing behind the woman and sexually assaulted her

-the woman confronted the male and he immediately exited the restaurant

He is described as 40-45 years-old, 6’2”, with a thin build, short grey hair and was clean shaven.

He was wearing a blue golf shirt, khaki cargo shorts, white socks and black running shoes.
