The Toronto Police Service is asking the public for help identifying a person of interest in a 2020 kidnapping.

It is alleged that in the early hours of Tuesday, January 21, 2020, a man in his 20’s was kidnapped from the area of College Street and Yonge Street and held against his will. Police later located the victim in Richmond Hill.

There is reason to believe the person in the attached photo is involved and officers would like to speak to him or anyone with information.
