The Toronto Police Service is alerting the public to a sexual assault.

It has been reported that:

- on Wednesday, September 1, 2021, at approximately 12 p.m., a woman was in the Dundas Street West and Yonge Street area

- a man approached her from behind as she boarded a streetcar

- the man sexually assaulted the woman

- the man then fled on foot

The man is described as approximately 35-45 years old, with a medium build and thinning hair. He was wearing sunglasses, a white and grey camouflaged sweater, black jogging pants, white running shoes, and had a red backpack.

Investigators believe there may be more victims.
