On Monday, October 11, 2021, at 5:41 p.m., police received a report of a personal injury collision involving a motorcycle and a motor vehicle near Lake Shore Blvd West and Remembrance Drive.
It is reported that:
- a 36-year-old man was operating a 2019 Yamaha motorcycle westbound on Lake Shore Blvd West near Remembrance Drive
- the motorcyclist crossed into oncoming traffic and collided with a 2019 Audi A7 travelling eastbound on Lake Shore Blvd West
- the motorcyclist suffered life-threatening injuries and was transported to hospital
The investigation is ongoing by members of Traffic Services.
Police are asking local residents, business and drivers, who may have security or dash camera footage of the area or incident, to contact investigators.
