The Toronto Police Service would like to update the public on an arrest in a theft Investigation.

On Saturday, September 25, 2021, a man went into several restaurants in the downtown Toronto area, and stole money from various employees.

On Wednesday, October 13, 2021, at 1:10 a.m., police arrested Lenin Castillo, 54, of Toronto.

He has been charged with:

1. Eight counts of Theft Under
2. Two counts of Break and Enter
3. Theft Over

He was scheduled to appear at Old City Hall court on Wednesday, October 13, 2021, at 10 a.m., room 101.
