On Sunday, November 14, 2021, at 5:39 p.m., police responded to a pedestrian struck collision at Kipling Avenue and Albion Road.
It is reported that:
- a 53-year-old man was operating a Honda Civic southbound on Kipling Avenue
- a 19-year-old woman was crossing Albion Road in a south direction on the east side of Kipling Avenue
- the driver of the Honda turned left to eastbound Albion Road and struck the woman
- the woman was taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries
The investigation is ongoing by members of Traffic Services.
Police are asking local residents, businesses, and drivers, who may have security or dash camera footage of the area or incident, to contact investigators.
