On Tuesday, August 24, 2021, the Toronto Police Service began an investigation into allegations of voyeurism and distribute intimate images without consent.

It is alleged that:

- in October or November, 2019, two men exchanged messages on a dating app

- they arranged to meet at a hotel near Pearson Airport

- they had consensual sex

- in 2021, the victim was looking at the suspect’s public pornography website, biversbear.com

- the victim noticed several videos of their sexual encounter posted to the website

- the posted videos were taken without the victim’s knowledge or consent

The suspect uses the name David Rosso and is believed to be in his 50s.

A photograph of the suspect is released.
