The Toronto Police Service would like to thank the public for their assistance locating a stolen dog, a 4-year-old Pug named Bugsy.

It was reported that:

- on Friday, December 17, 2021, between the hours of 9:30-9:45 a.m., a dog was let outside into a fenced backyard area

- the dog disappeared from the yard, and the owners believe the dog was taken as there was no means to escape from the yard

On Thursday, December 23, 2021, at 5 p.m., a police officer located Bugsy in the Delsing Drive and Westhumber Boulevard area.

Bugsy has been reunited with his family.

This investigation remains ongoing.
