The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public's assistance locating a missing man.

Manuel Bettencourt, 76, was last seen on Monday, December 27, 2021, at 10:36 p.m., in the Queen Street East and Yonge Street area.

He is described as 5'2", 180lbs, with short white hair and a white beard. He was wearing a grey ball cap, grey and black winter jacket, dark pants, blue and white running shoes.

He is known to frequent the TTC.

Police are concerned for his safety.
