The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public's assistance locating a missing man.

Kenneth Wiggins, 43, was last seen on Thursday, December 30, 2021, at approximately 8:30 p.m., in the Humber College Boulevard and Highway 27 area.

He is described as 6'0", 170 lbs., with blue eyes and dark-coloured hair.

He was last seen wearing a red t-shirt with "ECKO unlimited" written on the front and red sweatpants. He has a spider web tattoo on his arm.

Police are concerned for his safety.
