The Toronto Police Service would like to seek the public's assistance locating an elopee.
Martin Hall, 38, was last seen on Wednesday, December 29, 2021, at 2:49 p.m., in the Queen Street West and Ossington Avenue area.
He was reported to police on Thursday, January 6, 2021.
He is described as 6'2", heavy build, brown eyes, and has short black hair. There is no clothing description available at this time.
He is currently bound by a form 49 "Warrant of Committal."
This person was found not criminally responsible for the offence of assault and carrying a concealed weapon.

An elopee is a person who is subject to detention at a psychiatric facility and is absent without leave.
A Warrant of Committal is issued by the Ontario Review Board when a person is found Not Criminally Responsible in court. The Warrant of Committal "Disposition of Detention" commits the person to the custody of a provincial psychiatric hospital and subjects them to abide by certain conditions.
