Immunizations
The following immunizations are required prior to the date of hire:
- Tetanus, Diphtheria and Polio (TdP) or Tetanus and Diphtheria (Td) or Diphtheria, Tetanus and acellular Pertussis (dTaP)
- Measles, Mumps and Rubella (MMR)
- Hepatitis B series
- Two-Step Tuberculin Skin Test (Mantoux)
- Chest X-Ray (only if Mantoux > = 10mm)

Education
Applicants educated in the City of Toronto can obtain a certified copy of their Secondary School Transcripts by contacting the Toronto District School Board (TDSB):

Driving Records
To obtain a record of current demerit point accumulations, you must attend your local Service Ontario kiosk or centre and request a driver abstract.
You can also obtain a driver abstract online, by logging onto:
