The Toronto Police Service would like to advise the public of an arrest in an ongoing sexual assault investigation.
Between July 1970 to August 2016 a man was employed as a licensed medical doctor, at a
a medical clinic located in the Bathurst Street and Lawrence Avenue West area.
It is alleged:
- on February 2, 2006, the man sexually assaulted a 17-year-old boy who was a patient
On Wednesday, April 21, 2021, Jacques Henri Dubins, 77, of Toronto, was arrested. He is charged with:
1. Sexual Assault
2. Sexual Exploitation
He is scheduled to appear in court at 1000 Finch Avenue West, on Tuesday, May 25, 2021, at 2:30 p.m.
His photograph has been released.
Police are concerned there may be more victims.
