The Toronto Police Service’s Hold Up Squad would like to make the public aware of another arrest in relation to a bank robbery investigation.

On Tuesday, April 27, 2021, a news release was issued regarding two arrests.

Between Monday, April 19, 2021 and Thursday, April 22, 2021, four bank robberies were committed in the downtown Toronto and East York areas.

It is alleged that:

- in each robbery, several men travelled in a vehicle to the bank

- one of the men entered the bank while the others waited nearby acting as lookouts

- the man inside the bank approached the teller and said he had a gun and made a demand for cash

- the man took cash before fleeing the scene in the vehicle with the other men

Members of the Hold Up Squad started an investigation and were able to identify the men.

It is further alleged that:

- the Hold Up Squad conducted a search warrant and located a quantity of cash stolen during the robbery and some clothing worn by the men during the robbery

Two men were arrested on Thursday, April 22, 2021.

On Sunday, May 2, 2021, Jesse Pelletier, 37, of no fixed address, was arrested and charged with:

1. three counts of Robbery with a Firearm
2. three counts of Conspiracy to Commit Indictable Offence
3. six counts of Fail to Comply Probation

He is scheduled to appear in court virtually at College Park Court, on Monday, May 3, 2021, at 9:30 a.m., room 507.


Keith Kellman, 33, of no fixed address, is wanted for:

1. four counts of Robbery with a Firearm
2. four counts of Disguise with Intent
3. three counts of Conspiracy to Commit Indictable Offence
4. twelve counts of Fail to Comply Probation

He is described as 5’7” and 150 lbs. His photograph has been released.

He is considered dangerous. If seen, do not approach and call 9-1-1.
