Cannabis Act search warrant executed at dispensary,

The Toronto Police Service has made several arrests after a Cannabis Act search warrant was executed at an unlicensed dispensary.

On Friday, April 30, 2021, at approximately 4:48 p.m., a search warrant was executed by 31 Division's Major Crime Unit at the Just Compassion Dispensary, 1230 Sheppard Avenue West Unit 6, after working with the City's Municipal Licensing & Standards team.

It is alleged that the following was seized:

- 558.82 grams of hashish
- 7180.36 grams (15.83 lbs) of loose marihuana
- 126.38 grams of psilocybin (mushrooms)
- 22.04 grams of CBD powder
- 394 pre-rolled marihuana cigarettes
- 71,433 grams of marijuana derived products (edibles) with packaging (157.48 lbs)
- $2,382 in Canadian currency

Justin Loizos, 36, of Toronto, was arrested and charged with:

1. Possession for the purpose of selling cannabis
2. Possession of a Schedule III Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking
3. Possession of Proceeds of Crime under $5000
4. Corporation – Fail to comply with an order made during a declared emergency (EMCPA)

Emil Mikhailov, 44, of Maple, was arrested and charged with:

1. Possession for the purpose of selling cannabis
2. Possession of a Schedule III Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking
3. Possession of Proceeds of Proceeds of Crime under $5000

Michael Milligan, 28, of Toronto, was arrested and charged with:

1. Possession for the purpose of selling cannabis
2. Possession of a Schedule III Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking
3. Possession of Proceeds of Proceeds of Crime under $5000

Orgesa Bilalli, 22, of Toronto, was arrested and charged with:

1. Possession for the purpose of selling cannabis
2. Possession of a Schedule III Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking
3. Possession of Proceeds of Proceeds of Crime under $5000

They are all scheduled to appear in court at Old City Hall on Wednesday, June 16, 2021, at 9 a.m., room 114.
